Columnist Kyra Kyles talked to CTA officials about riders' recent bad bus experiences and found out the agency is considering equipping onboard bus cameras with audio to mitigate those meltdowns. Riders weighed in on that potential problem solver, their own bus beefs and other issues along the rails and routes.
